Greed challenged me to do a good job in trying to solve the murders this weekend.

... Okay, well, Greed definitely won't be impressed with the solving part, but you can't say you didn't do a good job. You and Mineo basically carried us the whole time.

Even if that ends up being true, I'll have to see what they think about it.

I don't know. Greed's not really easy to impress.

So why did they challenge you?

[dotcom]

We were actually talking about them granting favors to people. They said they didn't give them for free, and that you have to do something for them.

So, they challenged me.

[alteracion]

That's kind of a harsh challenge.

[dotcom]

Well, I accepted. Saying no would have screwed me over even worse probably.

[alteracion]

Probably, but that must've been some favor.

[dotcom]

It wasn't even a specific one. It was just the chance for them to do them for me.

Yeah, that sounds like Greed. [ she leans her head back ] What about trying to get one from Gluttony?

I'm not asking what you don't remember, obviously [ SINCE HE CAN'T REMEMBER SHES JUST SURPRISED ] but... how do you know?

Because it's tied to something that I think about often, if that makes sense.

[alteracion]

Like... something you normally know when you think about a subject, but you don't remember now?

Right. It's tied to why I'm even here in the first place.

Not the wish itself, just... something that's related to it.

And Mineo can't remind you, I guess?

No one seems to believe me, but when I say we really do not know each other that well personally I mean it. Our relationship was pretty much just work related.
